Care Instructions

• Dry clean strongly recommended​ to preserve the waxed finish, subtle sheen, and structured silhouette. Washing may remove the wax treatment and alter the surface texture.
  
• If spot cleaning is needed, gently dab with a damp cloth​ and a mild pH-neutral detergent. Do not rub or scrub vigorously.
  
• Do not machine wash, soak, or bleach. Water exposure can strip the wax and dull the fabric’s luster.
  
• If garment becomes damp, blot with a clean towel​ and allow to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded place. Do not wring, twist, or tumble dry.
  
• Lay flat to dry​ if necessary. Avoid hanging when wet to prevent stretching and distortion of the shape.
  
• To refresh, use a garment steamer at a distance​ or a cool iron with a pressing cloth. Avoid direct heat to protect the wax coating and texture.
  
• Do not use a fabric shaver. Spot clean stains gently to maintain the waxed appearance.
  
• Over time, the wax finish may soften and develop a patina, which enhances its character. Re-waxing may be done to restore water resistance if desired.
  
• Store on a wide, padded hanger in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Avoid folding to prevent creasing and preserve the tailored silhouette.
