Care Instructions

Dry clean strongly recommended to preserve the delicate raised lace, the drape of the acetate blend, the smocking details, and the integrity of the blended lace fabric.
If hand washing is unavoidable, proceed with extreme caution:
Use cold water only (under 25°C / 77°F) with a mild, neutral pH detergent for delicates.
Turn the garment inside out. Do not soak. Gently submerge and swish for no more than 3–4 minutes.
Do not wring, twist, scrub, or rub the lace or smocked areas. Gently press the water through the fabric, then carefully roll in a clean, white towel to absorb moisture without stressing the structure.
Lay flat to dry on a clean, dry towel or mesh rack in a cool, shaded place. Gently reshape the collar, gathers, and lace while damp. Never hang or tumble dry, as the weight of wet fabric can distort the shape and damage the lace.
To remove wrinkles, use a garment steamer at a distance (minimum 20 cm) on the reverse side. If ironing is necessary, use the lowest possible heat setting with a pressing cloth and avoid direct pressure on the lace and smocked sections.
Due to the mix of sensitive fibers (acetate, Lyocell, wool), shrinkage, texture change, or distortion of the lace and smocking may occur with washing. Handle with clean, dry hands to avoid snagging the lace.
Store flat or loosely folded in a breathable cotton bag. Place tissue paper between folds to cushion the lace and prevent creasing. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
