Dry clean strongly recommended to preserve the lightweight drape, yarn-dyed stripe clarity, and delicate hand of the cupro fabric.
If hand washing is unavoidable, use cold water only (under 30°C / 86°F) with a mild, neutral pH detergent. Turn the garment inside out before washing.
Do not soak, wring, or rub. Gently press and submerge in water, supporting the garment to avoid stretching. Rinse by gently pressing in clean water.
After washing, carefully roll in a clean, white towel to absorb moisture—do not twist or hang while wet, as cupro is heavy and prone to stretching when saturated.
Lay flat to dry on a clean towel in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area. Gently reshape the collar, cuffs, and silhouette while damp. Avoid hanging or direct sunlight.
To remove wrinkles, use a garment steamer on low setting or iron on the lowest heat with a pressing cloth. Do not apply high direct heat, as it may damage the cupro fiber.
Pilling is unlikely with this fabric blend. If necessary, use a fabric shaver very carefully. Steam can help restore smoothness and shape.
